Passing grade: 94% or higher.

Weights: event/auth/idempotency 15%; consent/media protection 20%; transcript/evidence-bound review 20%; outbox/read-back 15%; recovery 10%; tests/evaluations 10%; operations and claim proof 10%.

## Pass
Deterministic and consent gates pass; evidence is reproducible; CRM read-back is exact; replay creates no duplicate side effect; every AI score cites transcript evidence or says insufficient evidence; deletion and restore are proven; no secret or private customer data is present.

## Revise
The intended workflow is credible, but one or more artifacts, tests, read-backs, citations, or recovery notes are incomplete.

## Hard fail
Any unconsented recording, exposed secret or private customer data, fabricated evidence, duplicate provider side effect, retained withdrawn media, unsupported automation claim, or autonomous high-impact decision.
