# Recovery runbook template

For each failure record: signal, correlation ID, affected state, safe retry rule, reconciliation read-back, escalation owner, and proof of recovery.

1. Webhook rejected or malformed
2. Provider authentication or scope failure
3. Meeting created but CRM write-back failed
4. Stream or recording did not finalize
5. Transcript, score, file upload, consent withdrawal, or retention job failed

Replay must reuse the original idempotency key and must not create a second meeting, artifact, delivery, or CRM mutation. Include one state-reconstruction or restore drill.
